As a Services Team Leader  you will have the opportunity to be in charge of:

Team organisation: Organise team’s activities: resource allocation, monitoring time tracking completion, procedure compliance, definition the operating flows specific of the team, setting of priorities and planning team activities in order to ensure delivery of projects/ contracts/ CRs/ SLAs are met.

Planning and Budgeting: support Participates in annual budget preparation for own team. Works with line manager to provide input related to:

-needed resources and skills;

-mandatory training and certifications;

-development needs/ actions for the team

Project Management: Contribute and/or lead projects in line with Project Plan, Payten guidelines, to ensure project KPIs are met.

Risk Assessment: Assessing and dealing with technical risks, assessing the non-functional requirements of new, existing and proposed systems or applications to ensure stability, performance and security of the product

Customer Support: Answers and resolves complex customer issues (problems/requests) reported through ticketing application and provides appropriate level of support by guiding clients to define problems/requests precisely following prescribed procedures regarding request, gathers information in a professional manner in order to effectively resolve complex customer issues, and maintain positive communication and relationship with the customer during issue resolution

Business Analysis: Analysis of the clients’ requirements , business processes , process improvements and changes, transforming them into tasks , CRD (customer request document) or product designs, cooperates with consultants regarding solution design in order to fulfil requirements according to defined project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s

We are looking for someone who has:

Technical skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar jobs
  • Experience in the payment industry
  • Knowledge of information systems in card business
  • Technical knowledge
  • MS Office (advanced)
  • Concrete achievements in a fast-paced, digitally oriented work environment
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Sharp and adaptable way of thinking
  • Team spirit and organization
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of the English language – B2 level
  • Driving license B category
