Job opportunity: Addiko bank is looking for IT Security Expert

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and protection of the banking group's systems and data.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls that comply with relevant laws, regulations (local and ECB), and standards (e.g. ISO 27001).
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks to the banking group's technology systems and data.
• Manage and monitor security incidents and respond to security breaches in a timely and effective manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and ensure that the banking group's technology systems are adequately protected against them.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for bank employees.
• Collaborate with other risk management teams, such as IT Risk and Compliance, to ensure that all risks are appropriately identified and managed across the banking group.
• Manage security-related projects and initiatives to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Provide regular security status reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT security management.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations (local and ECB), and standards (e.g. ISO 27001) related to IT security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
