– Croatian company TLM TVP has been present in this market for year and knows things and events . Interest for KAP is not surprising . What is symptomatic is that in the region and beyond recognize the future of Montenegro's aluminum industry , and here we do not see actually. That's what ‘s weird. We are still in pat position, we do not have solution or mail problems concerning the future of the factory resolved , said Novak Uskoković, chief of economic of Daily newspapers .

But, not only Croats are interested in the largest Montenegrin company . German HGL has already informed the Government about interest, and the Turkish Tosh steel is mentioned. One Indian company, owned by billionaire Sajan Đindala already has a stake in montenegrin conglomerate , and now could increase number of its shares .

– So far they might have passive role related to KAP and maybe they  have now found an opportunity where they may begin to realize investment that is planned a few years ago , said Novak Uskoković. Bankruptcy is introduced in KAP on July 8th because of a debt of 386 million euro, and factory currently employs more than one thousand employees. Potential difficulties for a possible sale of property is the fact that company is no longer operated by state than by court .
