Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper Dino Klobas resigned irrevocably from his previous position, announced company management on the website of Stock Exchange of the Ljubljana today. Management received Klobasa‘s statement today, and with it the letter also, in which as the main reasons for his decision, quotes media pressure and attacks from politicians. From management of Luke also reported, that yesterday, as a member of the board resigned irrevocably Marko Rems.
In management of the company now remain only two members – Gaspar Gaspar Mišić and the ” manager of workers ” Matjaz Stare. In supervisory board, which now has eight members, the force are equal. In the board are, in fact, four representatives of state, three employee representatives and representative of the local community.
