Responsibilities:
- Policy and Control Development: Collaborate with clients to draft, refine, and implement security policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with industry regulations and laws.
- Assessments and Risk Management: Support clients in conducting comprehensive security assessments. Engage with multi-disciplinary risk management teams to adopt a holistic approach in risk identification and mitigation.
- Incident Management: Support clients in conducting comprehensive security assessments. Engage with multi-disciplinary risk management teams to adopt a holistic approach in risk identification and mitigation.
- Stay Ahead of Threats: Aid clients in staying updated on evolving threats to bolster the security of their technology systems and increase their digital operational resilience.
- Employe Training: Assist in creating and delivering Security Awareness training programs for client staff.
- Project Management: Provide support for the planning, execution, and closure of IT security projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Management Reporting: Keep client senior management regularly updated with comprehensive security status reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting with a focus on Information Security, Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management topics, ICT Risk Management, Third-party risk management, and ICT-related Incident Management.
- Preferred experience in the banking industry.
- Solid grasp of applicable regulations and industry standards such as ISO 27001, as well as directives like NIS2 and frameworks like TIBER-EU.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer-centric communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
· Fluent in both written and spoken English.
