Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our client to develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and procedures in alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and assess IT compliance across client operations, actively supporting audit teams during evaluations.
- Deliver regular status reports to senior management, providing insights into compliance and continuity progress.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage IT and IT vendor-related risks across client operations, ensuring sustained operational integrity.
- Undertake meticulous risk assessments of IT systems and outsourcing arrangements, adhering to pertinent laws and regulations.
- Craft and execute robust IT risk management strategies, seamlessly integrating them into the client's overarching risk management framework.
- Regularly monitor and communicate technology risks to senior management within established reporting timelines and formats.
- Foster seamless collaboration with other risk management teams, particularly operational risk, to ensure comprehensive risk identification and management.
- Facilitate impactful IT risk management sessions, empowering stakeholders with insights into evolving risk management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting with a focus on IT governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity. Preferred experience in the banking industry.
- Solid grasp of applicable regulations and industry standards such as ISO and frameworks like ITIL. Familiarity with EBA guidelines in this area is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
· Fluent in both written and spoken English.
