A business delegation from Romania , headed by former Romanian ambassador to Albania, visited Kosovo Business Alliance ( KBA ) , mediated by the head of the Romanian Liaison Office in Kosovo , Silviu Dragoicea Emanuel and several successful Romanian businesses.
Romanian Biznesemenët are interested in investment opportunities offered by Kosovo for doing business , infrastructure, legal , labor , tax and business cooperation between the two countries .
Sunrise Shahin , president of the Kosovo Business Alliance , has told the Romanian investors about investment opportunities offered by Kosovo for doing business. ” The interest of Romanian businesses to invest in Kosovo is quite large , but must find forms of cooperation . Many businesses have come and are interested,and concrete investments are expected . They have expressed their willingness to invest and expect action , “said Shahin .

He showed that they have very good cooperation with the Office of Romania in Kosovo , but also with other institutions in Bucharest and that cooperation is growing day by day . Kosovo is a country which offers very good opportunities for investment . ” The legal infrastructure , labour, taxes and other things are better and cheaper than in Romania and these are the reasons why many Romanian investors have expressed interest in investing in our country ,” said Shahin .
KBA Chairman expressed readiness for cooperation between the two countries in terms of economic development aspects, although according to his lack of political cooperation , and which is the best way to improve . In this respect KBA is contributing enough . ” So far, economic cooperation has not prevented anyone but lacked initiatives by both parties and this year things have changed for the good in favour of economic cooperation between Kosovo and Romanian businesses ,” Shahin said.
