On day 31 08. 2013 in Bosnia and Herzegovina there were 555 820 persons in the records of employment services in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Compared to the previous month, the number of unemployed persons increased by 2,831 persons or 0.51 percent, according to the Labour and Employment.
Unemployment has increased in the Federationby 3,651 people (0.93%), while in the Republic of Serbian decreased by 784 persons (0.12%), and the Brcko district decreased by 36 people (0.29%).
The largest number of registered unemployed are people with third level education: 34.37% skilled workers and unskilled workers 28.13%.

In August, a total of 12,101 persons were erased from the register of employment,and from that amount , 6,570 people were employed by the register of employment. At the same time for 7,384 persons employment terminated .
