Total seasonally adjusted industrial production in the Republic of Serbian in August this year, compared with July, was lower by five percent, according to the data of the Statistical Office.
The decline was recorded in the production of intermediate goods, which fell by 5.9 percent, electricity by seven per cent, non-durable consumer goods by 9.2 and durable consumption by 20.9 percent, while the production of capital goods increased eight percent.
Seasonally adjusted industrial production in August 2013 compared to July of this year, in the manufacturing industry is decreased by 10.1 percent ,in the mining and quarrying decreased from 12.5, and in the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning increased by 2.3 percent.

Statisticians point out that calendar customized energy production in August 2013. compared to August 2012, is up by 21.2 percent, durable consumer goods by 9.9 and non-durable consumer goods by 1.4.
