Slovenian government will at tomorrow's meeting make a decision according to which Telekom Slovenia will be sold by the end of 2014th year. Telekom is one of 15 companies whose sales are announced in mid-May.
For weeks there have been speculations that the Croatian Telekom is main favorite for acquisition of Telekom Slovenia. Some of the potentially major competitors, such as Telekom Austria and Telenor are restrained, while others, such as British Telecom, pre-emphasize that they are not interested in the acquisition.
It is not specified whether the sale of Telekom Slovenia will be with a telecommunications network, or infrastructure, or it needs to be separated .

Telekom Slovenia had in the first half of this year 396 million euros in operating income, which is one percent higher than the same period last year, while net profit of EUR 30.9 million increased compared to the same period last year by 17 percent.
