“I am honored that I am first Thai prime minister who visit Montenegro, country with a proud history in substantially region of Balkan,” said in statement to the media, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, Yingluck Shinawatra who stayed on an official visit to Montenegro for weekend.
Shinawatra said that Thailand sees Montenegro as ‘rising market.
“Location of Montenegro and its economic development make it an attractive for entrance of Thai products exported to Balkan,” said Shinawatra, adding that Montenegro and Thailand should improve connections between their ports to concretize this kind of initiative.
In order to support economic ties, an agreement between the two countries was signed, which will allow better and stronger contacts of officers.

Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic said that lot of attention during meeting devoted to food production as part of overall concept of tourism development.
