Kosovo Privatization Agency has continued privatization of state owned enterprises and assets and in today has sold 18 assets from various parts of Kosovo, while for the 6 assets there were no bidders.
‘Kosovarja, shop no. 1 ‘, in Pristina has attracted the most bids and award the top prize, which has the highest bidder price was 784 thousand euros. This includes land assets of approximately 90m ² business premises with an area of approximately 80m ², located in the center of Pristina, the building behind the KCC. But the high price has also attracted Urata Shop no. 26 with the highest bid of 551 thousand euros, which includes business premises with a total area of approximately 104 m² located in a multi-storey building in the “Bill Clinton” in Pristina.
Total assets as of 18 received 94 bidder, and the total amount of the highest bid was 4,532,927 euros.

The whole ceremony of submission of bids from investors, bid opening and publication of results are done in a transparent manner, to representatives of the media and present investors and is making ceremony broadcast directly through the official website of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency: www.pak-ks.org, by enabling ceremony for all interested citizens who have not been present in the hall.
All bidders that came with the highest price are only temporary winner until the decision of the Board of Directors, the body which decides whether to sell an asset or a company or the price offered to go with re-tendering.
According to officials, AKP has currently announced 59 privatization, which will be held in October.
