MNE: Minority shareholders of EPCG are suing the company for suspicious activities

Association of Minority Shareholders of Electric Power (EPCG) has announced thatthey  will file a lawsuit before the Administrative Court against the company for contracting the consulting services related to the company A2A Montenegro without tender and clear purpose.
Director of the Public Procurement Mersad Mujević and respected judge who did not want his name published ,have confirmed that this is a legally dubious business.

EPCG has spent 4.56 million euros for counseling and legal services in the 2010 ,5.45 million euros in 2011, 4.29 million euros last year , of which at least 7.5 million euros were  paid without tender to co-owner A2A company, which  manages the EPCG.

“EPCG  could not buy legal and consulting services in terms of millions from associated companies – the Italian company A2A without  previously advertised tender confirmed the source from the judiciary, unofficially.
