Number of employees in Montenegro in the second quarter of this year compared to the previous increases by 4.9 percent, while unemployment was 9.1 percent lower.
According to data from the Survey about Work Force for first quarter, which was conducted by Statistical Office Monstat, activity rate for second quarter was 50.6 percent, the employment rate 40.9 percent and the unemployment rate is 19.2 percent.
“For population aged between 15 and 64 activity rate is 59.7 percent. The employment rate is 48.2 and unemployment rate is 19.3 percent, ” announced from Monstat.
