Norwegians do not give up! Despite all the difficulties, an investment of 250 million euro,  that would reborn intact, virginal eastern part of Hvar by raising new hotels, and that in past three years getting stuck in the wilderness of Croatian administration, still, could be implemented within four years.

Rumors that company “Prima Property Croatia ” (PPC) leaves tourism project Perna – Vinogradine (St. George Bay) in Sucuraj are not exactly.

– We were founded in Oslo, in 2007th. to invest in Croatia and still have enough patience despite the fact that  none of us could not even imagine that the procedure of developing Regional plan for the Split-Dalmatia county will last almost three years. However, from the latest information shows that this important document will be adopted in the last week of September or first of October. Otherwise, if that does not happen by the middle of next month, the entire procedure will start from beginning, and in that we simply do not want to believe because it would put us again in the realization of delayed by year or two – told Jan-Andre Aasmoen, General project Director.
