CRO: Heads of state companies get half a million bonus

The Directors of state enterprises have received so far about half million of incentives awards for good performance in the 2012th year , according to Government’s decision on the criteria for the award .

From 67 companies with majority or wholly owned by the state , bonuses are paid out in only three – the Croatia Insurance CEO Kresimir Starcevic and board member John Fabijančić are rewarded with bonuses of approximately 120 thousand gross , Director of Hotel Plat Pero Matic has been awarded an approximately HRK 65,000 gross , and Director of Zadar Airport Katica Pupić – Bakrač received a bonus slightly higher than 130,000 of net . The two state firms – and the ACI port of Rijeka – not yet decided whether to reward the bosses , and three companies decision to pay bonuses were issued but not yet paid the money.

CEO of Imperial Rab Vlado Mouse is entitled to a bonus of about 125,000 million ( net) , which has not yet been paid , and how Mouse announced that he would leave himself only 30 percent and the remaining 70 percent would share to workers. The company Transmitters and Communications Authority chief is entitled to a reward of 35 percent of the annual salary (about 70 thousand net) , but we found out , the award has not yet been paid. CEO of Dragan Kovacevic JANAF is entitled to a reward for good performance achieved in the 2012th in the amount of 70 percent of the annual salary ( about 140,000 of net ) , and the members of Jaksa Marasović Bruno Saric are entitled to a bonus in the amount of 65 percent of the annual salary ( about 130,000 of net ) .

However, in JANAF bonuses will be paid even though the profit ( after tax) of the company in the 2012th amounted to 94.879 million, which is up to 33 million more than the profit made in the 2011th year.
