The address of the Montenegrin Electric Enterprise (EPCG ) has not reached any final offer for the project of construction of the second block of Termostation in Pljevlja . The government in December should bring a separate bill that would define the construction of this important energy project. The offers will be evaluated , as explained , according to the criteria best relations financial- technical- environmental and commercial proposals and a minimum total risk of the project .
EPCG announced that in the meantime other companies have announced participation in bid on the project like Rosato from Russia, TBEA transformer Šajning groups from China , ČKD energy from the Czech Republic , as well as a consortium of Turkish companies .
EPCG is in July considered preliminary offer of companies and potential investors , mostly from China.
