Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey and the Turkish Union of cattle breeders are willing to continue to cooperate with the authorities in Bosnia and interested partners in the business of food .
Director of food safety BiH Sejad Mačkić met a delegation from Turkey to the powers and activities of the Agency carried out in order to ensure a high level of consumer protection and facilitating equal status of subjects in the food with an emphasis on the initiation , preparation and development of food regulations .
The delegation was informed that the Agency , in cooperation with the competent institutions of BiH , Entity and Brcko District shall harmonization food regulations in BiH with the acquis communautaire , and has recently adopted Law on Genetically Modified Organisms and 113 rules about food, it was announced from agency for food safety BiH.
