Payten is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive sales process of company Payment products in Baning sector
Why is the job exiting? As a Senior Account Manager you will:
• Lead sales process of payment solutions for assigned territory/accounts, in particular case Montenegro
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for existing and new clients
• Create effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
• Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability
• Plan and execute the whole sales process of Payment solutions in Banking (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, business models, business cases, etc.)
• Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs
• Proactive communication with customer on all levels (CxO, Alternative channels manager, Card Issuing & Card Acquiring, IT manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers,)
• Monitor potential prospects on regular basis
• Create customer’s events for improving sales activities
• Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned accounts
• Provide necessary sales and technical support during post-sales period
What are the Key Challenges and Goals?
- Deliver the Numbers – drive and grow sales of ATM, POS, e-commerce and Processing solutions for Banking, meet/exceed quarterly revenue goals. Develop and manage pipeline, provide regular updates to forecast to ensure delivery against the agreed business growth and strategy plan. Generate, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet and exceed quarterly targets objectives.
- Manage key Client Relationships – build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, maximize customer potential through understanding their business and analyzing their commercial strategies. Nurture client growth. Build relationships with key client stakeholders up to and including C-suite and board level. Continuously work on ways to create upselling scenarios, in order to strengthen the business relationships. Strive for a high level of client satisfaction and excellent client experience.
- Create and manage relationship with new customers in order to develop new business.
We are looking for someone who has:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (IT products/services sales, account management)
• Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of local Payment market with emphasis on ATM, POS, Processing and eCommerce – desirable
• Proven track of sales to Banking industry – desirable• Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong communication skills
• Knowledge of a territory (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
• • Knowledge how MC/VISA, AMEX and other payment card schemes are working – desirable
• Experience of On premise, outsouring and SaaS solution sales
• Bachelor/ Master’s in a technical or business discipline
• Fluency in English
