Competition for privatization and recapitalization of Croatia Airlines will be announced in few weeks.
By the end of this year can be expected recapitalization of the largest marinas in Croatia system (ACI) announced the Minister of Transport and infrastructure Sinisa Hajdaš Dončić today.
Announcing the competition for Croatian national air carrier, Dončić said that “everything is going by own procedures” and that proposal respectively recapitalization of the 49 percent stake in the company will be submitted to the Government soon.
He pointed out that because of “congestion” of air carrier in Europe can not expect interest of European investors, but they could be find easier outside of Europe.

Dončić did not mentioned names of potentially interested parties, or country from which they came, except that maybe thay could be from Korea.
He also pointed out that in Croatia Airlines price is not the most important or critical, but potential growth, as well as a reliable and competent strategic partner that can generate arrival of passengers.
