Negotiations between representatives of the Government and the Hungarian oil company MOL on mutual relations in INA began today at 10 am in the state residence of the High Street in Zagreb.
Croatian government negotiating team led by the Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak , and in the team is also the Director of the Office for State Property Management Mladen Pejnović . In the negotiations on behalf of MOL participates vice president Sandor Csanyi and INA CEO Zoltan Aldott .
Expected to be the most important topics in these negotiations to be related to the management of INA and investments and gas business.

The government , which holds 44.84 percent of INA shares , in beginning of August adopted a framework for negotiations , in which among other things says it expects alignment of Ina management with Croatian law and the creation of conditions for the development of key Croatian energy company.
