Russia’s VTB Bank has announced that started officially its business activities in Serbia, as VTB Bank Belgrade, from today. In April this year, that bank became owner of 100% shares of Bank of Moscow Belgrade, which was a member of the VTB Group since 2011.
VTB Bank, which is owned by state in larger part, is second largest bank in Russia and member of VTB Group.
VTB Group provides global financial services, including banking operations with physical and legal entities, as well as investment banking, brokerage and other brokerage services, insurance, management of pension and other funds, factoring, leasing. Group has an extensive international network, and offer a comprehensive range of services to clients in more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

As it is annaunced, existing branches of Bank of Moscow Belgrade and Novi Sad, continue its business activity under the recognizable sign of VTB Group, and announced opening of new branch VTB Bank in Belgrade in October this year.
