Slovenia exports 1.422 billion worth of goods in EU Member States, in July, representing almost 75 percent of total exports in the month.
Slovenia in July exports 1.902 billion worth of goods, which is seven percent more than a year ago. Imports increased much less, by 2.8 percent to 1.884 billion euros.
Exports to non-EU countries, in July were worth 480 million euros. Four-fifths of the imported goods in July came from EU Member States, it was worth 1.509 billion euros.
In the first seven months along, Slovenia according to provisional data of the Statistical Office exported 12.698 billion worth of goods, which is 2.3 percent more than in the same period of 2012. Seven months of imports worth 13.011 billion or. 0.1 percent less than in the same period a year earlier.

By the end of July, the trade deficit with the rest of the world amounted to 314 million euros, while the coverage of imports by exports was 97.6 per cent.
