According to the published data of the State Statistical Office, the number of permits issued in July has felt compared to this month last year by 26%, and value of the objects is less than the 91.6%.
Out of the total number of issued building permits, 143 (79.9%) are intended for buildings, nine (5.0 percent) for civil engineering structures and 27 (15.1%) for reconstructions .
Out of 179 buildings on 139 (77.7%) are individuals investors, and 40 fof acilities (22.3%) the investors are business entities.
During the reporting period a construction of 324 apartments with a total useful floor area of 29,695 square meters .
