Support Engineer
Location: Serdara Jola Piletica 3A, Podgorica
Main Accountabilities
- Answer and resolve complex customer issues, provide appropriate level of customer support
- Identify potential change and problem causes, analyze change request received from application (product users) and apply common activities required to fulfill current and future business needs.
- Simulate complex problems reported by clients, test solutions before they are sent to clients and create User acceptance test
- Preparation of trainings curriculums and corresponding documentation, performing simple training to the customer for the new functions or modules
- Timely and accurately follow all relevant working procedures, in particular reporting, time tracking, project planning, information sharing
- Provides maintenance and appropriate level of technical support of systems, monitors, troubleshoots and resolves simple issues and problems to ensure system availability, reliability and fulfill requirements according to the specification and project plan/ SLAs
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of the system /application servers in accordance to projects/contracts/CR’s
- Establishes the complex system environment by configuring and optimizing system configuration in line with system standards and client’s requirements
About you
Experience:
1-5 years of relevant experience within the particular area
Skills
Great knowledge of Windows and SQL
Good knowledge in ITIL Framework
Understanding of common software development life cycle methodologies
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
