Value of construction in Serbia, during the first half of 2013th, was for even 35.9 percent lower than in same period of last year, according to new bulletin of the Institute for Market Research (IMR).
In the second quarter the value of construction was for 25 percent higher than in previous quarter, mostly as a consequence of influence of the season. In the first half of the year, decline in construction activities, is present even at buildings, for 39.3 percent, and other buildings for 32.3 percent.
Estimated price of contracted works, too, is not encouraging. Thus, in the first half of 2013th their value, for entire 14.6 percent was lower than in the same period last year.
