is looking to hire for its Real Estate Asset Management Department
Asset Manager
Your main tasks:
- Preparing business plan and cash flow calculations of the real estates, and setting requirements on their working capital
- Analysis of statutory permits and legal issues in cooperation with REAM Legal team;
- Preparing technical checks and due diligence
- Assessing fit-for-sale measures and measures to increase performance of the real estate;
- Providing data to real estate controlling and accounting for regular Group Reports; reporting to the management board
- Physical take-over of the property after repossession
- Development and implementation planning of operative optimization measures of the properties in order to ensure owner-specific and technical requirements which are regulated by public law;
- Initiation of tender processes regarding facility services
- Selection, steering and controlling of the employees as well as of internal and external facility service providers; (e.g. commercial, technical and infrastructural services); monitoring contracts, of technical services.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Technical education of higher technical education institute or university, with basic economic knowledge;
- Several years of work experience in real estate field;
- Candidates with experience on the planning procedures and the planning system of Montenegro or with property management experience are particularly welcome;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Advanced computer literacy (especially MS-Office);
- A proactive approach and the ability to take personal responsibility are essential.
