UniCredit  led by Sergej Požar , initiated the sales process of the Delo,  which Lasko brewery  has been trying to sell unsuccessfully  ,for several years ,They  sent the prospectus  data  about the business of Delo  and its editions to the  potential strategic and financial investors .

Delo has been operating  with a loss for four years. Last year, the loss was 2.2 million euros and the company had a 10 percent drop in revenue.

One of the biggest problems  in sale process of Delo  will be the company’s debt. At the end of last year Delo had almost 13 million euros  in financial liabilities ,and it has to pay 700,000 euros of interest anually.
