is looking for Senior officer for restructuring
Your major tasks:
- Evaluation of restructuring alternatives
- Negotiations with clients / Relationship Management
- Credit analysis (Creditworthiness, business model, financing structure)
- Provide Risk assessment / Credit report
- Definition of conditions
- Reporting to committees
- Project activities
- Cooperation with other Departments
- Cooperation with Attorneys
Knowledge and skills required:
- University degree preferable in Economics
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of English language
- Working experience 24 months on same or similar jobs highly desirable
