On Montenegrin coast construction season begins on October 1st, and according to issued licenses so far, the largest construction site will be in the Municipality of Budva.
Secretariat of Urban Planning Budva, issued 70 building permits at the beginning of September, which allow construction of new 62,160 square feet of living and apartment space, while another 40 requests are still waiting. Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism has issued dozen permits for construction of hotels in that city.
Apartments for market will build most, although it is claimed that in Budva there are about thousand apartments and suites that were constructed previously and did not sell because of economic crisis.

Construction will continue despite opposition from number of citizens who warning that concrete along the Budva must be stopped in order to preserved part of precious space for future generations.
