This will be the second auction within seven days for refinancing the  debt.

The Central Bank on behalf of the Ministry of Finance will sell on new auction the Treasury bills worth 8.5 million euros,with  maturing period of six months.

The Ministry of Finance said that the auction is not a new debt, but it is a reprogramming of bills maturing in the same amount. This will be the second auction within seven days for refinancing the debt.

The Ministry of Finance in the beginning of last week emitted bills in amount of 44 million of euro at an average semi-annual interest rate of 3.54 percent in order to return the debt to banks for the same loan, which was taken in February of this year. The loan  due in February next year. According to the website of the Ministry of Finance total debt for issued bills is 101.48 million, while by the end of the year the dues seven emissions in amount of 48.8 million.
