The Supervisory Board of New Ljubljana Bank today did not replace CEO Janka Medju, who is subject of police investigations on insider trading in shares of Mercator. – The Supervisory Board shall as soon as possible evaluate head of the office and the Chairman of the Board regarding the altered legal framework within the Bank of Slovenia. Chairman of the Board decided to exclude himself from all business decisions regarding to business transactions Agrokor-Mercator.
