Real Estate Salesperson

Job Description:
- Provide guidance and help sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Identify clients’ needs and financial abilities to offer solutions that suit them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties
- Display and market real estate to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Coordination with international sales team
- Arranging an Inspection Trip for overseas clients
- Contacting with local developers and contributing to development of company portfolio
Minimum job requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Driving licence
- Profile of the requested candidate:
