Payten is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales process of company products, mainly within Montenegro
Why is the job exiting? As an Account Manager you will:
- Lead sales process of payment solutions for assigned accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for existing and new clients
- Create effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability
- Plan and execute the whole sales process of banking solutions (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, contracts etc.)
- Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs
- Proactive communication with customer on all levels (CxO, Retail Manager, Direct channels manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Card Issuing & Card Acquiring)
- Monitor potential prospects
- Create customer’s events for improving sales activities
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned accounts
- Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period
- CRM administration and reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for different stakeholders
- Prepare data for invoicing
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor/ Master’s in a technical or business discipline
- Fluency in English
- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (IT products/services sales, account management)
- Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales quotas
- Proven track of sales in banking industry – desirable
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of a territory (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
- Knowledge of banking or independent POS/ATM/eCommerce solutions – desirable
- Knowledge of local Payment market with emphasis on POS, eCommerce – desirable
- Knowledge how MC/VISA, AMEX and other payment card schemes are working – desirable
- Experience of SaaS solution sales – desirable
