Duties and key responsibilities
* Dealing with the day to day administrative duties to enable smooth running of the office
* Preparing correspondence – typing, drafting, checking and/or proofreading
* Managing and coordinating hotel/travel arrangements and itiniraries
* Arranging internal/external meetings and preparing material for meetings as needed
* Taking minutes at meetings ensuring all key points are captured, summarised and effectively presented
* Liaising across departments on project administration including following on agreed actions in a timely manner
* Maintaining a comprehensive filing and archiving system to ensure instant retrieval of documents
* Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
* High School degree minimum
Required Skills and Experience
* Immaculate spoken and written English
* At least 2 years relevant professional experience
* Strong administration skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft software essential
* An understanding of quality customer service
* Team Player
* Professional attitude
