Bulgarian holding ” Bulgartabac ” (BT ) will be the owner of majority package of shares of tobacco factory in Banja Luka as of 17th September , confirmed Nebojsa Antonic , owner of 55 percent of the shares of companies Banja Luka .
Antonic as Chairman of tobacco factory in the information for shareholders of companies stated that the contract between his company ” Antonic Trade ” and the company ” Blagoevgrad – BT ” regulated the acquisition of the block transaction on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on the day of the special session of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 17 September.
According to the proposal , the new Board of the tobacco factory will instead Antonić , Aleksandra Vuckovic and Sime Miškić , be appointed as representatives of the Bulgarian Holding – Vencislav Čolakov , Tzvetan Cvetkov and Miglena Hristova .

The Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 1 August gave the green light to ” Bulgartabac ” that through its members ‘ Blagoevgrad – BT “take over majority shares of tobacco factory in Banja Luka , which was removed the last obstacle for the implementation of the agreed acquisition 18th June .
Bulgarians in line with earlier signed a memorandum with the Government of RS , bought nine percent of government shares in the Tobacco Factory for a total of 743 460 KM.
