Inhibit delivery of ore from the mine bauxite Niksic leads to termination of existing contracts and prevent the realization of new , leading to closing the company , announced the Ministry of Economy . On the other hand , in respect of contractual terms, even in the event of bankruptcy , according to the current legislation, there is a possibility of organizing production , securing the revenue and preservation of the optimal number of jobs , based on the decision of the bankruptcy administration, the principle, by whom already implemented in some Niksic bankrupt companies.
In a situation where the bauxite mines are , there is a threat from the introduction of bankruptcy and this is the reality with which the company faces a long time on the basis of outstanding loans to banks . So, it is an option that does not depend on the will of the Government of Montenegro , according to a statement of the Ministry.

“The delivery of the contracted quantity of ore , therefore, depends not only on the provision of funds for salaries , but also the future of the company , irrespective of the way of the future reorganization of the company ,” concluded the Ministry of Economy .
