FINVEO IS LOOKING FOR: Business Operations Officer

About Company:

FINVEO, an international multi-asset Brokerage Company announced its new opening in the Business Operations Department. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Business Operations Officer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the process of registration and opening client accounts and checking the documentation provided;
  • Close cooperation with the business compliance department and AML in the process of opening a client’s account, as well as archiving and administration of appropriate client documentation in the CRM system;
  • Monitoring client requests (depositing, withdrawing funds; opening new bank accounts; trading accounts, etc.);
  • Independent execution of client orders through the CRM system, in accordance with the instructions of the department Manager Execution of rebates / price fluctuations or any other compensation in CRM based on the instructions of the department manager;
  • Daily monitoring of bank statements and informing the department manager about irregularities related to: inflows, outflows, collected fees, etc;
  • Preparation of internal reports based on the requirements of the sector manager related to deposits, withdrawals, cash flow, commissions, etc;
  • Monitoring the equity of clients for trading on client accounts with approved credit and informing the sector manager in case of a negative situation;
  • Active market research related to banking services and the establishment of business cooperation processes and opening accounts with new banks in the country and abroad in order to achieve the best payment terms for the company;
  • Assistance in projects related to the Business Operations Department;
  • Other activities within the position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking or related field;
  • Previous work experience in similar positions;
  • Knowledge of English language; additional languages are considered an advantage;
  • Previous work experience with CRM and similar software solutions will be considered as an advantage:
  • Experience in communication with financial institutions and banks;
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to details.
