Workers and union of Tobacco Combine Podgorica which is in bankruptcy yesterday did not continued production of cigarettes in the factory but they suspended it in protest until further notice due to delay payment of the monthly salary.
Union leader Zoran Prelević said to insist on payment of wages because many of the employees because of the delays were not able to adequately accompany children in the new school year.
“After three and a half years of hard work , and after 16 hours with no rest days , yesterday workers could not send children to school. Pay check are late , and workers did not contributed to this situation , “said Prelević .

Manufacture in factory was stopped for five days in late August for cleaning plant , and now because of the dissatisfaction of workers.
Tobacco Combine already produces cigarettes, “Cleopatra” marked with stamp ” Made in Egypt ” , despite warnings from Egypt that he has a license of the licensee .
