In large police operation 15 known political figures are arrested today, and part of them are still in high government positions.

Macedonian media reported that among those who are arrested  is Head of Cabinet of the Macedonian Parliament Marjan Madžovski, former police general Goran Stojkov, former Director of money laundering Vane Tsvetanov,  former member of Directorate for Security and Counterintelligence Aco Dinevski, producer and author of animated political satire Boris Damovski.

Unofficially, some of arrested were detained on suspicion of having committed crime espionage and criminal association. So far, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Macedonia has no official announcement in relation to action.
